By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Ensure you have legal permission to contact your customers through SMS, email, or phone • Maintain confidentiality of any login or account credentials • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including marketing and data protection laws

You agree not to: • Use our systems for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes • Send unsolicited or illegal marketing messages • Misuse SMS, email, or automation features • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization • Interfere with platform functionality or security We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Where services are provided on a subscription or monthly basis: • Payments are billed in advance • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services • Pricing may be updated with prior notice

All materials, systems, funnels, designs, and automations created by CrestonSystems remain the intellectual property of CrestonSystems unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited licence to use delivered assets for their own business operations.

CrestonSystems provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee: • Specific business results (e.g. sales, leads, or revenue) • Continuous uninterrupted system availability • Performance of third-party platforms such as Twilio, Stripe, or Mailgun

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestonSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrestonSystems from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to services at any time if: • You breach these Terms • Payment is not received • Misuse or abuse of systems is detected Upon termination, access to systems, automations, and data may be revoked.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from CrestonSystems, you agree to the following terms: You may receive messages including booking reminders, follow-ups, promotional offers, and customer support communications related to our services. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 07307 200279. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging programme you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at crestonsystems@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
